The aim of the project: Production and evaluation of handicraft products of women in Erseka.
ADAD has signed an agreement with the Municipality of Ersekë, which has made available a space for meetings, trainings, to exhibit and sell their products. After identifying the women the group was organized and consisted of 40 persons, based on the principles of mutual interest to undertake production and sales activities for the improvement of the socio-economic level. The group leader was Bylyre Jashari. Based on the project plan of activities trainings were provided by ADAD Malore and UNDP experts’ for marketing, tourism and craft products. The project produced posters, leaflets and labels in order to promote better communication of traditional handicraft products. In the frame of the project were organized exposures and sale activities for traditional handicraft products of Erseka. More than 30 items were produced and sold labeled and contacts were established for custom productions. Products were presented at fairs in Korca, Tirana and Struga (Macedonia). The direct beneficiaries of this project were 40 women and girls who have grown their skills for traditional handicraft production and have increased sales of their products, for tourists passing through Erseke and cooperate with souvenir shops in Korca, Tirana, etc.

The aim of the project: Production and evaluation of handicraft products of women in Withkuq.
ADAD has signed an agreement with the Municipality of Vithkuq, which has made available a space for meetings, trainings, to exhibit and sell their products. After identifying the women the group was organized and consisted of 20 persons, based on the principles of mutual interest to undertake production and sales activities for the improvement of the socio-economic level. The group leader was Pavlina Sumbulla. Based on the project plan of activities trainings were provided by ADAD Malore and UNDP experts’ for cultivation, drying and packaging of local agriculture products, MAPs and marketing of the products. Also within the project was bought materials for packing, and labeling Vithkuq, the project produced posters, leaflets and labels in order to promote better communication of traditional handicraft products in the area of Vithkuq with an identification label such as: walnut, beans, honey, organic tea, wild rose (medicinal plant) and embroidery: scarf and socks. In the frame of the project were organized exposures and sale activities for traditional handicraft products of Vithkuq in Korca, Tirana and Struga and was created a network with traders form Korca in order to sell the products. The direct beneficiaries of this project were 20 women and girls who have grown their skills for traditional handicraft production and have increased sales of their products, for tourists passing through and cooperate with souvenir shops in Korca, Tirana, etc.
The project for integrated development of Voskopoja 2007-2012,

This project was based on Strategic Plan of Voskopoja, where initiation and implementation in Voskopoja is made by FERT/PSF, commune and ADAD in 2005 with the involvement of the community and influentive local and central actors in the territory of Voskopoja. Project partners were FERT Paris, Commune of Voskopoje, while ADAD implemented the project in Voskopoje.
During 2007-2012 many changes have taken place, as for the plan of economic development, social-cultural and community organization, this due to the will and commitment of the commune, community and support from the EU Delegation project implemented by FERT Paris ADAD, where were included and benefited the entire community in Voskopoje.
Today we have a resurgence of Voskopoje, improvement of urban infrastructure and tourism, resource assessment and site organization initiatives – created the association Voskopoja, return of migrants, the establishment of new businesses and buildings, larger capacities for tourist reception. Compared with 2005, the number of toursits is ten times higher, surface with orchards is tripled, agriculture and livestock production is doubled, always more and more production of agricultural and handicrafts products, higher employment rate, increased of incomes by 75% or 623 000 EUR and the higher socio-economic level, indicators that show a dynamic and sustainable development of the territory of Voskopoje.
